Heather Gaya is a current Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Georgia. She holds a Ph.D and M.S. in Forestry and Natural Resources, a graduate certification in Agricultural Data Science and a B.A. in Environmental Studies (Biology). Her research interests include population dynamics, ecological forecasting and investigating the impact of climate change on population persistence.
